MK40E is an HEMC designed for specific applications with relatively low viscosity.
The tile adhesive is used as an adhesive for installing wall and floor materials such as tiles, stones, and ceramics. Adhesion strength and slip resistance are crucial performance attributes of it. Adding HEMC can effectively enhance the construction performance, bonding strength, and overall quality of the adhesive.
Adding HEMC to gypsum plaster is to enhance the adhesion between the plaster and the substrate, improve the uniformity of application, and increase adhesion. At the same time, HEMC offers better heat resistance and durability, ensuring stable performance even in high-temperature environments.
Spray Plasters are typically applied by spraying and used for coating and finishing walls and ceilings. Compared to manual application, spray plasters offer faster and more efficient construction, as well as easier achievement of high surface smoothness.

MikaZone cellulose ether products are packed in multi-layer paper bags with a PE-liner of 25kg net and supplied on pallets with shrink-wrapped.
MikaZone HPMC is packaged on pallets as a standard practice to ensure optimal quality from production to delivery.
We support OEM solutions, where you can choose custom packaging tailored for your brand operations
MikaZone cellulose ether products should be stored in a dry and cool environment. The shelf time is 2 years.
In the case of high viscosity grades, a slow viscosity loss can be measured after long-term storage (> 1 year). Inthe course of use, measures must be taken to reseal to avoid moisture absorption once opened.
MikaZone cellulose ethers are classified as non-hazardous material, please refer to the (Material) Safety Data Sheet(MSDS/SDS) or contact our service team for further information on safety.
