MikaZone® MK40ER Hydroxyethyl Methyl Cellulose Ether(HEMC) is designed for use in gypsum-based mortars, especially machine spray plasters. It imparts good workability, enhances water retention, and optimizes the plaster’s performance. MikaZone® MK40ER is compatible with a wide range of building materials.

Tile Adhesives

Gypsum Plasters

MikaZone cellulose ether products should be stored in a dry and cool environment. The shelf time is 2 years.

In the case of high viscosity grades, a slow viscosity loss can be measured after long-term storage (> 1 year). Inthe course of use, measures must be taken to reseal to avoid moisture absorption once opened.
